We can design the equipment according to your material characteristics, production requirements, finished product requirements, equipment performance requirements, etc.
If it is a conventional material, if conditions permit, we can purchase some materials from the local area for experiments. We have several experimental industrial equipments (*1), fully capable to reproduce the processing effect of these materials in our equipment. If there is no condition to purchase conventional materials and cannot carry out the experiment, we can simulate the feasibility of the equipment based on the years of large-scale engineering experience and with the assistance of our simulation experiment center.
During Sale:
According to your requirements, provide the equipment appearance diagram, electrical diagram, water map, etc., to facilitate the subsequent installation and debugging of the equipment.After the completion of equipment manufacturing, the equipment will be installed, debugging and trial operation, and the corresponding pictures and videos will be provided as inspection materials. We will also coordinate matters on transport, sea or air with the forwarder.
After-sales:
1. After the equipment is sold, we will provide the Equipment English instruction of the equipment, electrical diagram and waterway diagram in time.
2. Guide the installation and commissioning of the equipment online (if needed) when it arrives at the customer’s factory, and provide follow-up equipment maintenance instructions to the customer.
3. During the warranty period, if there are damaged parts or other parts, we will provide them to customers in time.
4. Keep in touch with customers on a regular basis, learn about the operating status and usage of the equipment, and provide necessary technical support and suggestions to customers timely.
