What is an E Beam Sterilization Equipment and how does it work?

An E Beam Sterilization Equipment uses a microwave field to accelerate electrons to 10MeV, which then irradiate materials with a high-energy electron beam. Electrons are emitted from an electron gun, accelerated through an acceleration tube to near the speed of light, and then directed through a titanium window via a scanning magnet for sterilization.
