Switch mode microwave generator is a device for generating  microwave energy, usually composed of microwave power supply, microwave head, microwave isolator. It can be used for material heating, pyrolysis, chemical catalysis, plasma, microwave digestion, and medical electron linear accelerator, etc.

1.Switch mode microwave generator

Switch mode microwave generator is composed of high frequency switching mode microwave power supply, microwave head and microwave isolator. The switch mode microwave generator adopts the advanced series and parallel circuit topology technology generating the DC voltage from the input AC voltage,then the DC voltages act on the anode ,filament and the electromagnet of the magnetron. So the magnetron will work and emit the appropriate microwaves.

It has a touch screen.It can be operated and display data, having local and remote communication control mode funtion, And it can store the working status and parameters.In additional, the switch mode microwave generator has a useful microwave reflection detection function.

Comparing with the linear microwave generator, the switch mode microwave generator has some special functions, such as anti-ignition ability (cutting off the power output in 5 us), rapid protection function (cutting off the power output in 50 us), convenient replacement of modular high frequency voltage components. The spectral broadband of the output microwave is about 1 MHZ, which is particularly suitable for laboratory scientific research.

2. Solid state microwave generator

It can provide continuous and pulsed microwaves(optional), achieving fast power regulation. Solid state microwave generator adopts phase locking loop technology, so its frequency stability is very high. When the output standing wave ratio is too large, over temperature, over power, over current and over voltage, the solid state generator will automatically cut off the microwave output.

 

Comparing with it, the solid-state microwave generator can be customized in some special frequency, such as 1KW 915MHZ,1KW 433MHZ, customized phase adjustable microwave generator, customized pulse microwave generator. In addition, solid-state microwave generator can be used in some occasions with high requirements on microwave, such as precision chemical industry, MPCVD, medical ablation equipment, medical linear accelerator, plasma etching (ECR), plasma clarity, etc.
