Microwave  fast food heating equipment has two types : batch type and tunnel conveyor belt type. The difference is batch type occupting small space and tunnel type  meeting with big capacity production. Now we only supply tunnel type .

■Microwave box lunch heating method
The central temperature of the hot chain lunch box is restored from 50℃ to over 75℃;
The center temperature of cold-chain lunch is restored from 5℃ to over 75℃;

1. Microwave sterilization can kill pathogenic bacteria (Shigella, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Streptococcus hemolyticus) and mold at 68℃.
2. All E. coli can be killed at 75°C in the center of the box lunch.
3.The total number of bacteria is greatly reduced at 80～90℃.
4.The time is only 3 to 5 minutes. The heat sterilization speed is fast and the time is short, so the nutrients and traditional flavors in the food are retained, and the color is not damaged.
