Microwave lignite low-temperature dehydration upgrading device

Purpose:
We use microwave to dry the lignite from inside to outside then to increase its thermal value then get the purpose of lignite upgrading.

Composition:
This device is composed of belt conveyor, buffer hopper, feeder, high-power(915MHz-75KW) microwave generator, microwave cavity, microwave transmission system and suppressing equipment, conveyor system, exhaust system, detection system, fire protection system, coal conveyor and control system.

Features:
1.
By means of adopting high-power microwave generator and under the condition of low temperature (<110℃), we dewater lignite.  The features of this device include automatic control, long using life, small drain energy with low pollution, small area and dust and low suction after test accompanied no spontaneous.
2.
Microwave heating belongs to fast penetrating heat which shows immediacy of microwave energy transforming into heat energy.
3.
Selective heating. It only can heat the materials (medium) that absorbs microwave. When microwave penetrate into the inside of material, it is absorbed and thus converted into heat energy. This is a unique heating method—so-called no temperature gradient heating.
4.
It only heats materials with features of low-loss, high-performance and non-polluting. Microwave heating belongs to medium heating. Different dielectric properties have different absorption capacity.
5.
The heating process is easy to operation and suitable for automatically control. Due to characteristic of no inert, the materials are quickly heated by microwave radiation and this performance of instantaneously gaining or losing thermal power (energy) source to material in line with the request of industrial automation continuous heating production.
6.
Low ambient temperature which means working environment and temperature of device and material heated.
