The 2450MHZ Switch Mode Microwave Generator adopts a continuous wave magnetron to achieve a microwave power of 6kW,10kw,15kw.(Microwave frequency 2450MHz±30MHz).And the 6kw , 10kw, 15kw switch mode microwave generator is very suitable for MPCVD machine and microwave plasma application.
It is mainly composed of a high-frequency power supply , a water cooling magnetron head and a microwave isolator with water loading(2450MHZ microwave manual or auto tuner is optional).
The switch mode microwave generator has multiple protection functions, such as ignition protection, magnetron over-temperature protection, water flow protection, anode over-voltage and over-current protection, filament over-current and under-current protection, and magnetic field over-current protection,running data recording(which is useful for analysis the running state and errors).
We can adjust the microwave output power through the touch screen on the local microwave power supply or the remote communication RS485 mode. It can realize the arbitrary adjustment of microwave power in the range of 10% to 100%, and the spectrum width is narrow (about 1.0M),which is very useful for microwave lab appliction.It can be said that the switch mode microwave generator has the characteristics of high reliability, safety, high efficiency, high stability, and low EMI.
