The 915MHZ Microwave Generator adopts a continuous wave magnetron to achieve a microwave power of 25kW,30kw,50kw,75kw,100kw.(Microwave frequency 915MHz ± 25MHz). It is mainly composed of high-frequency power supply cabinet, magnetron head and isolator with water loading(microwave tuner is optional). High-frequency power supply includes anode high-voltage power supply, filament power supply, magnetic field power supply and control system, etc.; Magnetron head includes magnetron, excitation cavity, etc.; microwave system includes circulator, etc.
The switch mode 915MHZ microwave generator has multiple protection functions, such as ignition protection, magnetron over-temperature protection, water current protection, anode over-voltage and over-current protection, filament over-current and under-current protection, and magnetic field over-current protection,running data recording,microwave reflection checking .
We can adjust the microwave output power through the touch screen on the local high-frequency power cabinet or the remote communication RS485 mode. It can realize the arbitrary adjustment of microwave power in the range of 10% to 100%, and the spectrum width is narrow (about 1.0M),which is very useful for microwave lab appliction, MPCVD application, microwave plasma.
